All event bookings are subject to availability and require a signed rental agreement and deposit.
Final pricing and packages are determined based on event type, guest count, and customizations.
Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your contract.
Full payment is typically due before the event date, as outlined in your individual agreement.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds (if applicable) and rescheduling policies will be governed by the terms of your rental agreement. The Aura Venue reserves the right to retain deposits or charge cancellation fees as outlined in your contract.

4. Venue Rules & Conduct

The Aura Venue is located on active farmland. Guests must respect safety rules, restricted areas, and animal enclosures.
Smoking is permitted only in designated zones.
Children must be supervised at all times.
Outside vendors must be approved in advance.
Any damage to the property caused by guests or vendors will be charged to the client.
